Encintias Rotary Wine & Food Festival
PSCDC is proud to be beneficiary of the Encinitas Rotary Wine & Food Festival.
This is a delightful fundraising event that directly supports our work providing affordable housing and services to our residents while you enjoy an evening with wine and beer tasting from 50 companies, delicious food, a silent auction, and live music played by local musicians. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to purchase tickets to the event, to purchase raffle tickets with prize packages valued at $1000 or more, or to sponsor us!
Raffle tickets are 1 for $20, or 3 for $50. Contact jparryo@pswcdc.org to purchase raffle tickets. You do not have to attend the event to win.
For the event itself, there are several different ticket packages available. These tickets include:
$90 Early Bird ticket: A single ticket, of which $60 will go to PSCDC.
$150 ticket: A single ticket, of which $135 will go to PSCDC.
$500 ticket: Good for two people with the full amount of $500 going to PSCDC. Includes private parking and a pre-event VIP party.
Sponsorship is a great way to not only enjoy the event, but also to receive some extra perks.
For $500, The Connoisseur receives: 2 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, and a 1/4 page recognition in the event program.
For $1,000, the Sommelier receives: 4 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, recognition in the newsletters by the beneficiaries, and a 1/2 page recognition in the event program.
For $3,000, the Private Reserve receives: 8 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, recognition in the newsletters by the beneficiaries, recognition by the Emcee at the event, recognition in the Encinitas Rotary Newsletter, and a full page recognition in the event program.
For $5,000, the Cellar Select receives: 10 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, recognition in the newsletters by the beneficiaries, recognition by the Emcee at the event, recognition in the Encinitas Rotary Newsletter, a case of excellent wine for the group, and a full page recognition in the event program.
For $7,500. the Grand Cru receives: 14 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, recognition in the newsletters by the beneficiaries, recognition by the Emcee at the event, recognition in the Encinitas Rotary Newsletter, recognition on signage at the event and pre-event party, a gift for each member of the Cru, and a full page recognition in the event program.
For $10,000, the Major Sponsor Receives: 20 tickets, access to a pre-event party, private parking, listing on the website, recognition in the newsletters by the beneficiaries, recognition by the Emcee at the event, recognition in the Encinitas Rotary Newsletter, recognition on signage at the event and pre-event party, recognition in publicity materials, wine glasses with your company's logo, and a full page recognition in the event program.
