Groundbreaking Ceremony

We are pleased to announce that we will be partnering with Chelsea Investment Company to begin developing a new Affordable Housing Complex called " Juniper at the Preserve". The project will be in Carlsbad, CA and is projected to consist of 64 family units, a community room, and courtyards spaces.
