Before the year started, senior residents in our Imperial Valley properties decided to set healthier goals for themselves during the Winter Senior Wellness Fair on December 18, 2019. Toys for Tots 2019 Wrap-Up

To wrap up the year of 2019, the PSCDC staff in properties all over California worked hard to register their families in the Toys for Tots campaign and distribute the toys amongst families. Started in 1947, the massive toy drive and give away organization created by the Marine Corps has distributed over 556 million toys and supported over 258 million children! PSCDC and Toys for Tots have been working closely together for years and has become a highly anticipated event by kids and families. PSCDC Residents Celebrating The Holidays In Their Own Magical Way

With the new year upon us and the holiday season finally ending, our residents across California celebrated the end of the year together with their communities. This year, our properties in Richmond, San Leandro, and Sacramento spent their holiday parties in their own special way. Cypress Pines + Monterey Pines Apartments in Richmond, CA: On December 19th, the Cypress Pines residents had their version of the Polar Express Event, a holiday event themed after the Polar Express movie.
