Chatham Village Residents in Orange County Starstruck with Juli Veee Visit

On August 7th, Chatham Village children in Orange County were treated to a personal soccer clinic with the legendary San Diego Sockers soccer star Juli Veee. As a fellow advocate in getting youth outside to play and exercise, Juli Veee has helped PSCDC residents in staying active and having fun. Mostly known for his domination inside the San Diego Sports Arena, the Hungarian-born star cemented his legacy within Sockers history with 254 goals, 214 assists, and five indoor soccer championship in his 11-year tenure as a Socker. Residents Unite Together to Celebrate National Night Out

On August 6th, PSCDC teamed up with local police and fire departments and city officials to celebrate the 35th annual National Night Out (NNO) this year. This year, Monterey Pines in Richmond, Willow Glen in Sacramento, Lakeside in San Leandro, and many communities across the nation received a visit from their community police and fire departments. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that builds neighborhood camaraderie and develops a community partnership with residents and first responders. Encinitas Wine and Food Festival 2019 Wrap-Up

On June 1st, 2019, the Encinitas Rotary Club held the 16th annual Encinitas Rotary Wine and Food Festival at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. The Festival attracted over 1,100 people from all over Southern California. The wine, food, and entertainment were stellar and this year, PSCDC had an incredible experience. This year's event raised a total of $125,000 with the help of 17 beneficiaries, including PSCDC. After distributions between the beneficiaries, PSCDC received $4,900 from our ticket sales and sponsorships which will go into continuing our community services for our residents.
